Because Guru Dynamics is convinced that we will exceed your expectations, it offers a money back satisfaction guarantee.  Guru Dynamics will accept the cancellation of any service within 2 days of the order date, for any reason. This excludes labour that has already been performed.

In order to make a cancellation to Guru Dynamics, please follow these simple steps:

     • Open a Support Ticket with the Subject heading 'Cancellations / Refunds'
     • Include the original Order or Receipt number at the top
     • Explain the reason why you want to cancel services and or receive a refund
     • Let us know if there is any way that we can fix your issue

As soon as the Support Ticket is received and qualified for reimbursement, Guru Dynamics will refund or credit the buyer’s credit card or account in the full amount previously charged and collected for the item.
